Cancellation Refund

CANCELLATION

If you are a registered user then you can cancel your product by going to “Orders” under under “Account” section. Select your order Id to be cancelled. If the shipment is not yet created and the logistic partner is not assigned then you can see the option “ Cancel” on the right side. But If you decide to make a cancellation later, then you will have to receive the product and then request for exchange on our website by following the Return Process.

You can also try and email us at care@beatnik.in. If the shipment is still in our warehouse then we can cancel the order from our side.

REFUNDS

There is no money refund policy on the products dispatched.
However, if the shipment is still in our warehouse then we can refund the amount in case of prepaid orders.
