CANCELLATION & REFUND

CANCELLATION


If you are a registered user then you can cancel your product by going to “Orders” under under “Account” section. Select your order Id to be canceled. If the shipment is not yet created and the logistic partner is not assigned then you can see the option “ Cancel” on the right side. But If you decide to make a cancellation later, then you will have to receive the product and then request for exchange on our website by following the Return Process.

You can also try and email us at care@beatnik.in. If the shipment is still in our warehouse then we can cancel the order from our Backend.


REFUNDS


Kindly note, that we don't have a payment refund policy. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case the product received by the customer is damaged or wrong product has been received by you.

Just make sure that the products are not used, unwashed, and unaltered for return. All tags must be intact and attached and items must be returned in original packaging. For this, items must be returned within 7 days of date of delivery. The reverse pick-up takes a minimum of 48 hours. Once the product is received in our warehouse then the product undergoes quality check to make sure the product received is in fine condition. After the clearance from the Quality check, we will dispatch the new requested product.
