Accessing, browsing, and using the website is directly construed as User’s irrevocable acceptance and acknowledgement of the policies and conditions mentioned hereof. By using this website, the user declares to have carefully read, understood, and agree to comply with these conditions. The website reserves the right to modify the conditions anytime, without prior intimation to the users. It is a user’s responsibility to read the ‘Terms & Conditions’ of the website periodically. Continued use of the website shall automatically be constituted as the user’s acceptance of the modified conditions.

At www.beatnik.in, we endeavour to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and easy. We take great pride in adhering to the delivery of the best quality products. If you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase, feel free to browse our easy return and exchange options for any of the items.

Wrong delivery of products/damaged/defective products

All customers are requested to check the invoice and the details mentioned, like the quantity and product, before accepting the package from the courier or logistics provider.

In case the package arrives damaged, or any other discrepancy is observed, kindly leave a remark on the receipt handed out by the courier service or the logistics provider. Ensure that this is done prior to accepting the delivery of the product/parcel.

In case the product you receive is damaged/ has a manufacturing defect/ wrong product, kindly drop us an email at care@beatnik.in within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can call us too (within 24 hours) on 9700700704. Please ensure that the provided email is detailed and includes images of the defects in the product/products delivered to you at your doorstep.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange, only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product fails to match the item in the order confirmation email/incorrect product delivered
  • If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Please note: You can exchange products for a different size/color only based on the availability of stock.

If the return/exchange meets the criteria mentioned above, please visit our website or contact our customer care team at the earliest (within 7 days of delivery) along with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • The reason for the return

Relevant and clear images of the product are required in case a wrong item has been delivered or the product has a prominent manufacturing defect.

Kindly allow us a brief time to look into the request for an exchange. Our quality check team will verify the details and images provided, after which our customer service team will email or contact you for further action.

All products must be received within 5-7 days from the date of advice by our customer service department. Please keep in mind that the product/products must be unused, intact with the original tags in place, and unworn. Returns that are soiled or damaged will not be accepted and returned to the customer.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

Kindly note that we are unable to issue any refund if the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete. No refunds will be initiated if:

  • There are 2 or more failed delivery attempts by the shipping agency
  • The package is not accepted/refused by the recipient.
